GCG

WHY:
Welcome to the GCG employee benefits benchmarking™ survey exclusively for Small Business. When it comes to companies who employ fewer than 100 people business owners have been making benefit decisions in the dark for years. We regularly field questions such as:

  • How much are other businesses paying?
  • How does my plan stack up against my competitors?
  • Should my employees be paying more for their insurance?
  • What do I have to offer to attract and retain the right people?

GCG is committed to providing high quality and usable information to the small business community. By completing this survey you will be able to compare your plans and costs to hundreds of other businesses your size.

WHAT:
Once the survey is completed, each participant will be delivered a customized report comparing their input to the collected data. The reports will be immediately useful in judging the value and viability of your employee benefit program.

HOW:
This survey is designed to be QUICK! It shouldn't take more than 20-25 minutes. Before you start make sure you have, a copy of the plan design and a copy of the last bill for each of your benefit programs. Then you are ready to go.

PRIVACY:
In this era of HIPAA Privacy it is natural to be concerned with how your information will be treated. Please click here, Privacy Statement, for further details.
